Feb. 2: Fegley’s Bethlehem Brewworks, Bethlehem Charity Cask Night, Bethlehem
The first Thursday of every month Fegley’s serves a firkin — a small keg that holds about 9 gallons of cask-conditioned, 50°F beer — and the proceeds go to a local charity. The brewers add ingredients to the beer to make each firkin special, so make sure you are there at 5 p.m. — because it goes fast!
