Nov. 19: West Chester Craft Beer & Restaurant Stroll
Check in at Iron Hill, Kildares or Box Car Brewing at noon and then stroll to 13 of West Chester’s best restaurants for craft beer and food samples. A ticket ($15) includes 2 craft beer samples at each location, your own keepsake custom craft beer crawl mug, a “crawl map” complete with a spot for tasting notes and a pencil (to mark those beers you love), discounted $3 craft beer specials in your mug, and discounted light-food specials at each location.

Nov. 19: 24th Birthday Party, Keystone Homebrew Supply, Montgomeryville
Keystone Homebrew Supply will celebrate 24 years of “working with the best customers in the world!” From 3 to 7 p.m., festivities in the winery will include games of skill and chance, a bounce house for the little ones, and a special food truck — Bonjour Creperie. Stone & Key Cellars will be serving their “Spicy Plum Cider” and there will be local craft beer for sale. Plus, home brewers are invited to bring their creations to share! Special offers will also be available in the homebrew store all day.

Nov. 19: Annual Blind Pig BBQ and Sly Fox, Dawson Street Pub, Philadelphia
The Dawson Street Pub in Manayunk is hosting its annual Blind Pig BBQ, and Sly Fox will be there to help celebrate. This is your chance to try some turducken roll and pair it with a Sly Fox Helles Lager or Dunkel Lager. No tickets necessary – pay as you go.

Nov. 23: “Om Nom Nom” Beer Release, Iron Hill Brewery, Maple Shade
If you are not an Iron Hill “King of the Hill Club Member,” now would be the time to become one. Iron Hill Maple Shade is releasing “Om Nom Nom,” brewed with oats, cinnamon, whole vanilla beans and 5 pounds per barrel of pureed raisins – it’s like an oatmeal raisin cookie in a glass! But it’s only available to King of the Hill Club members. Taps open at 11:30 a.m.; get your membership before then.

Nov. 23: “Last Waltz Imperial Porter” Bottle Release, Round Guys Brewery, Lansdale
Round Guys Brewery in Lansdale will be releasing a limited supply of “Last Waltz Imperial Porter” beginning at 11 a.m. According to their Facebook page, this beer is brewed each year “to commemorate kicking off the corporate noise.” And be ready – new applications for their Mug Club will be accepted on Dec. 1!

Nov. 24: Winter Beer Fest
What better way to welcome the holidays and colder weather than with the Winter Beer Fest! Held in the 23 Street Armory in Philadelphia, over 100 beers from around the world will be available, including specialty spiced ales and strong ales perfect for the season. Tickets ($40 until the day of the fest) are available for two sessions (1 – 4:30 and 5:30 – 9 p.m.); purchase them online.
