The Elmwood Park Zoo hosted a “Pokémon Go” event on Tuesday, July 19, but due to the hours of the event — noon to 4:30 p.m. — many Pokémon trainers weren’t able to attend. But the zoo heard loud and clear that there was a need for a weekend event, so they will be hosting a second round on Sunday, July 24.

There are eight PokéStops located on zoo grounds, and the zoo will drop a lure on each one during the event to attract even more Pokémon to the area. Throughout the event, Pokémon trainers can log their highest CP-rated Pokémon caught at the zoo with staff for a chance to win prizes, including a 4-pack of giraffe feeding tickets.
