July 22 -24: Second Weekend of the Evil Genius Brew Garden, Philadelphia, PA
Evil Genius Beer Company continues with its series of pop-up beer gardens this weekend with events all weekend long, including a BBQ & Brew Day from 2 to 4 p.m. During the BBQ & Brew, you can learn how to brew your own beer with Home Brewed Events and enjoy samples of Evil Genius Beer throughout the session. The beer that is brewed this weekend will be served at the end of the pop-up beer gardens in October. Get your tickets ($35) online through the event page on the Evil Genius Facebook page. July 23: Pints for Pups, under a big top in Reading, PA
Humane Pennsylvania, a partnership of animal welfare organizations dedicated to saving animals, hosts their “Pints for Pups” in Reading, PA from 3 to 7 p.m. “Pints for Pups is the original dog and family friendly beer fest event and features delicious food, loads of beer for the tasting, and live music! All proceeds from this beer tasting event go directly to veterinary, sheltering, and adoption programs for animals in Berks and Lancaster Counties,” says Humane Pennsylvania on its website http://humanepa.org. Located under a big top tent this year, the event also includes 75+ brews to sample, including a “Blue Collar Beer Tasting Bar.” Tickets are available online for VIP admission ($75) that begins at 3 p.m. and the 4 p.m. standard session ($40); tickets at the door are $50.

July 25: Christmas in July Chocolate and Beer Pairing, Fegley’s Brew Works, Allentown, PA
Fegley’s Brew Works is celebrating Christmas in July with a chocolate and beer pairing in their Steelgaarden Lounge in Allentown from 7 to 9 p.m. Enjoy 3 chocolate samples from Dolce Patisserie in Hellertown paired with 3 Fegley’s Brew Works award-winning craft beers hand-picked by Head Brewer Mike Wieboldt. Hosted by Dolce Patisserie’s Chef-Owner Alan Pitotti, winner of Food Network’s Sweet Genius, and Fegley’s Brewery Representative. Purchase tickets ($15) in advance online through the Fegleys website.

July 26: Summer Beer Dinner, Victory Brewing, Parkesburg, PA
Victory Brewing Co. will be holding what looks to be one of the most perfectly paired beer dinners of the summer from 6 to 8 p.m. at their Parkesburg brewpub. The menu has summer-centric food like strawberry gazpacho, garden tomatoes and mint marinated cucumbers, honeydew and orange blossom wheat ale sorbet, and peach cobbler, all paired with Victory’s best summer beers, including the return of Sour Monkey, a fan favorite last year. July 28: Iron Hill North Wales “Iron Mist” Release
Iron Hill North Wales will release the next beer in its “Summer Flavors Beer Release” series, “Iron Mist,” a Lemon-lime Berliner Weisse. This traditional Northern German style brew can be expected to be sour but refreshing, especially during the dog days of summer! Taps of Iron Mist will open at 5 p.m.

July 28: Weyerbacher Tasting at Wegmans Concordville, Glen Mills, PA
From 5 to 7 p.m., Easton, PA-based Weyerbacher Brewing Co. will be serving samples of its craft brews at Wegmans Market (Concordville) in Glen Mills. If you need to do your grocery shopping for the week, this will be the time to do it!
