Country Fair and Auction: Penn View Christian School holds its 54th annual country fair May 15-16 on their campus, 420 Godshall Road, Franconia. Highlights include a chicken barbecue, the Philadelphia Zoo on Wheels Show, pony rides, face painting, games, prizes, inflatables, a Kids’ Auction and live auction, and a Saturday morning breakfast. Stenton: The Stenton Garden Party starts at 7 p.m. May 14, featuring a cocktail buffet, music, a book signing with Anna Marley, who curated “The Artist’s Garden: American Impressionism and the Garden Movement” at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and a raffle to benefit the Stenton Collections Fund.
