Valentine’s Ghost Tour of Philadelphia: ‘Love Never Dies’ set for this weekend

Explore the secrets of Philly’s lovelorn past this Valentine’s Day, and discover haunting love stories and the ghosts they leave behind. From the cold-hearted and scandalous to the lovesick and passionate, ghostly tales of eternal love will be resurrected on the 6th annual Valentine’s Ghost Tour on Friday, Feb. 13 and Saturday, Feb. 14. This unique and memorable candlelight walking tour, appealing to romantics and skeptics alike, includes tales of haunted burial grounds and historic homes, as well as a tour inside the magnificent Powel House, a colonial-era mansion haunted by a ghostly past.
The tour begins and ends at the Powel House, 244 S. 3rd St. Philadelphia. Tours begin at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations are required. Tickets are $24 per person (a portion of proceeds benefits PhilaLandmarks)
