  • “Arrow” (8 p.m., The CW): Nyssa returns and tells Oliver that her father, Ra’s al Ghul, has given him 48 hours to find Sara’s killer or the League of Assassins will start bumping off the citizens of Starling City. Guess he better get busy.
  • “Black-ish” (9:31 p.m., ABC): It’s a not-so-white Christmas on prime time’s best new comedy. Dre attempts to become the first black Santa at his company’s holiday party — even though the head of HR already has the job.
  • “Stalker” (10 p.m., CBS): Someone is trying tho shut up a professional athlete’s estranged wife just as she is about to publish a juicy tell-all memoir. Meanwhile, Beth finally sheds light on her painful past and why she is living under an assumed name.
